After three years, one teaser video, and several tantalizing Instagram posts, sales have launched at Brooklyn Point, Extell Development's first building in the borough. The Kohn Pedersen Fox-designed tower is Brooklyn's tallest residential building at 68 stories and 720 feet high. A few future buildings (ahem, 9 DeKalb Avenue) threaten to surpass its height record, but newly revealed renderings show that they will have a lot to live up to in terms of apartments and amenities.

Brooklyn Point studios start at $837K; one-bedrooms start at $1.102 million; two-bedrooms start at $1.907 million; and three-bedrooms start at $2.929 million. According to CityRealty data, these prices put them well above the Downtown Brooklyn median price of $740K for studios, $960K for one-bedrooms, $1.355 million for two-bedrooms, and $2.085 million for three-bedrooms.
