Located between the masterfully renovated lofts of Soho and Tribeca's blend of historic conversions and creative architecture, Hudson Square (aka West Soho) is undergoing a residential renaissance that is attracting workers, city-lovers, and buyers. One of the latest new developments can be found at 110 Charlton Street, where sales have launched at the offering known as Greenwich West.
Greenwich West marks the New York debut of Paris-based designer Loci Anima
. While the “crazy cantilevered condo” once imagined will not come to pass, the new, 30-story building’s Art Deco-inspired curved corners and handmade brick façade will still be eye-catching. Industrial-style casement windows will be framed by hand-laid brick patterns and pewter-glazed brick borders.

All 170 studio through three-bedroom residences will feature interiors by Parisian designer Sebastian Segers, oversized windows, wide plank European floors, and gently curved interior wall corners that echo the building’s. Chef’s kitchens will be outfitted with custom islands. Carrara marble walls, countertops, floors, and showers will give the master baths an air of luxury.
Between a grand staircase, double-height ceilings, leather-paneled walls, rosewood millwork, and views of the vertical courtyard Viewing Garden, Greenwich West’s attended lobby beautifully sets the tone. The building is topped with a roof terrace with lounge areas and panoramic views of the skyline and the river. In between, amenities include a fitness center with yoga studio and spa, an entertainment suite, a children’s playroom, a bike room, and an automated parking garage. An on-site resident manager, porter, and handyman staff are on hand to cater to residents’ needs.
At the end of August, the New York State Attorney General's office approved an offering plan with a $462 million sellout. Sales at Greenwich West will start at $965K.
