One57 celebrated a $73M Q1 sales milestone despite increasing competition along Billionaire's Row. One57 celebrated a $73M Q1 sales milestone despite increasing competition along Billionaire's Row.
In a recent press release, Extell Development cited a $73 million sales milestone at One57 in the first quarter of 2018. Comprised of five closings spanning a total of 16,000 square feet in the luxury condominium tower, the milestone is a testament to the continued interest in the building, now four years post-completion date.
Among the closed residences was an impeccably-designed model residence by Jeffrey Beers International. The three-bedroom home offers sweeping views of Central Park, and recently hosted The New York Times for an overnight stay to experience the tower’s unprecedented amenities.

Claiming the establishment of Billionaire’s Row, the building rises over 1,000 feet tall and stand one block south of Central Park at 157 West 57th Street. At the time of its completion in 2014, One57 soared as the tallest residential tower in the Western Hemisphere, but was quickly topped by 432 Park Avenue, and soon by 111 West 57th Street and Extell’s own Central Park Tower.
Facing such increase in competition on the horizon, One57 currently has twelve apartments for sale ranging from a $3.395 million one-bedroom to a $32.95 million five-bedroom.

Offering a double-sized chef’s kitchen, full smart home automation, and floor-to-ceiling walls of glass, 53B is available fully furnished if desired.

Residents enjoy full access to luxury white-glove services at the Forbes Five Star-ranked Park Hyatt New York, which was recently named the top hotel in the city by U.S. News and World Report.
