We recently reported on Manhattan's and Brooklyn's tallest buildings on the rise and now on to Queens. Skyline Tower, the 67-story luxury Long Island City condominium building, will rise nearly 800 feet to be the tallest building in the borough. The project just launched its first 20 listings yesterday (out of a total of 802) as a preview to its official sales launch and sales gallery opening later this spring (h/t Curbed). The 20 units range from studio to three-bedrooms and are offered from the mid-$600,000’s to $2.3 million.

The building was designed by Hill West and is being developed by United Construction & Development Group, FSA Capital, and Risland US Holdings LLC. It sits right across from One Court Square, where Amazon had originally planned to move some tenants before its final location was ready. According to the project team, Skyline Tower saw "an influx in interest during the Amazon HQ2" planning and became the first building in Queens to break a $1 billion sellout.

Sales are being handled by Modern Spaces. The tower is nearing its 30th floor and is expected to be complete in 2021.
