Designed by David Mann of MR Architecture + Decor, Penthouse Two’s one-of-a-kind interior is defined by a refined palette of warm and natural materials, including stone slabs and oak flooring arranged in a modern herringbone pattern. The 1,500-square-foot glass-wrapped grand room offers north and east exposures from its height of 63 floors, soaring 12-foot ceilings, and a marble fireplace.
Luxuriously adorned, the expansive kitchen features walls of glass and custom Molteni cabinetry in cerused white oak with soft black metal trim. An oversized island complete with hand-selected marble slabs seats five.
The corner master bedroom suite encompasses 1,300 square feet and offers dual master baths inside massive dressing rooms. Each includes separate showers, private water closets, custom white marble slab vanities with Dornbracht fittings, and fixtures in a custom soft black matte finish. The space is complete with a freestanding BlueStone soaking tubs offering prime city views, as well as a private outdoor terrace.
