For the week of November 11, 2018, there were a total of 212 condo and co-op closings recorded in Manhattan amounting to a total sum of $411,143,456. The 83 condo sales came in at an average of $3,207,821 or $1,839 per ft². The 129 co-op sales came in at an average of $1,246,346. Find all recorded transactions in the table and map at the bottom of the page.

Six of the top 10 closings came within tall and slender skyscrapers. If the recent conversion of the Woolworth Building is included, eight of the top ten sales were in new construction condominiums. The Robert A.M. Stern-designed and Zeckendorf-developed 520 Park Avenue made a strong showing claiming the top two spots. Last week, The New York Post reported a $73.8 million sale in the recently-finished tower by British billionaire James Dyson. A source tells the Post the 9,138-square-foot spread is a six-bedroom penthouse with a 279-square-foot balcony and 360-degree city views. The closing has yet to be recorded by the city. Other big shots who've reportedly purchased in the building include publicist Ronn Torossian, billionaire Frank Fertitta, and Bob Diamond, former CEO of Barclays.

An iconic Park Avenue co-op – both inside and out. Originally designed in 1912 by the legendary J.E.R. Carpenter, this 5 bedroom, full-floor home with more than 4,000 square feet represents the pinnacle of Manhattan apartment living with picturesque views of both Park Avenue and the historic Park Avenue Armory, and the wall space to fulfill an art collector’s dream.
