Compilation of rental buildings in the Financial District/Battery Park City Compilation of rental buildings in the Financial District/Battery Park City
Lower Manhattan has seen an incredible renaissance over the past few decades that has transformed the Financial District from a 9-5 business community into a 24-hour live/work/play destination. The residential rental market has risen admirably to the challenge by either converting onetime office towers to residential use or constructing soaring new buildings, both with high-end dwellings and amenities within. 185 Broadway, a new 31-story tower, has risen above street level right across from the Fulton Street subway stop and in the midst of this recent building boom.
Between the inspired architecture, sumptuous interiors, jaw-dropping amenities, and walk-to-work location, it's no surprise apartments in the Financial District and Battery Park City are priced at a premium. The neighborhood's median rent is $3,490/month. Nevertheless, we looked at all three dozen no fee rental buildings in the Financial District and Battery Park City, took into consideration their design, apartments, amenities, and views to assemble the list below.
