Thor Living Offering $500 Gift Cards For Renters at Select Upper West Side Properties

For a limited time, Thor Equities is offering $500 gift cards to new renters at a select number of available units within their Upper West Side properties. To be eligible, you must be a new resident, sign a lease, and take occupancy at one of the following locations: 150 West 82nd Street, 125 Riverside Drive, 560 West 126th Street, 566 West 126th Street.

All of the buildings are located within a short commute to Columbia University and Midtown West. The units are all no-fee and rents begin at $2,000/month. There are currently four available units at 150 West 82nd Street ranging from studios to two-bedrooms. All units feature contemporary custom kitchens, hardwood floors, and exquisite finishes. Building amenities include a virtual doorman, live-in resident manager, and laundry room.

Listings at the remaining three locations are said to be under renovation and/or coming soon.

150 West 82nd Street is a 10-story rental building with a total of 60 residential units located between Columbus and Amsterdam Avenues. The $500 gifts cards will be provided 30 days after you take residency. Offer ends August 31, 2016.
