If you thought the Oscars were later than usual this year, you’re not imagining it - the ceremony was pushed to Sunday, April 25 due to the coronavirus pandemic. Things are bound to look a little different both on the red carpet and at home this year; however, as the CDC says it’s safe for fully vaccinated people to visit each other without a mask, some Oscar parties may still be able to take place. We take a look at buildings with screening rooms second only to the Dolby Theater and ideal for reserving for a viewing party.

Brooklyn Point is home to the Western Hemisphere's highest infinity pool in a residential building, and an outdoor movie screening area is on the pool deck.
