Developers TF Cornerstone unveiled their latest property at 33 Bond Street in Downtown Brooklyn last year and time may be running out to get your hands on one of the 714 luxury homes. The team behind the project has revealed units are 97% leased just seven months after launching. Lifestyle-focused amenities are a big driver at the property including the stunning landscaped rooftop terrace with incredible views of New York City, co-working spaces, and even pet sitting and grooming services. Coming to the building this spring is a 52,000-square-foot fitness club by Chelsea Piers, its first Brooklyn outpost.

The second U.S. location of Columbia coffee roaster Devoción will soon open at the property, too.
