Select one- and two-bedroom listings at Brooklyn's 42-story Avalon Fort Greene rental tower currently offer up to $272 per month in savings when a new lease is signed, and all new leases have a two-year option to guarantee your rent amount for the next 24 months, according to the building's website. Located in the heart of Brooklyn, the tower was erected in 2009 by AvalonBay Communities and designed by Perkins Eastman Architects. The light-orange masonry is cooled off by the columns of corner windows that span floor-to-ceiling. The top few stories have setback apartments and the entrance to the building boasts a 17,000-square-foot park-style outdoor plaza.

Apartments interiors bring features that outstand even the high-end luxury apartments of the city.
