Comment About the Building

There is a health club in the building that also has outside membership available. The health club is stunning, but some resident`s object to "outsiders" in their gym. The lobby and building hallways are stunning and VERY CLASSY. The building staff is very professional. Pretty standard condo board. Steps from the E, V & #6 subways. Steps from the US Post Office. Many great neighborhood restaurants steps from the doorway. Steps for The Four Seasons, Felidia, 57 57, etc.... Many neghborhood boutiques. The Antiques Center is within 2 blocks, short walk to Bloomingdales, etc..... This buidling has a GREAT location.
