"This stately 11-story commercial building at 129 Lafayette Street on the southeast corner at Howard Street one block north of Canal Street was erected circa 1911 as a facility for the printing industry. 

In 2004, it was converted by TriBeach Holdings LLC, of which William Fegan is a principal, into 27 luxury condominium apartments including two penthouses that were added to the structure." Read Carter's Full Review
