Condo located in Upper East Side, at The Northwest corner of Madison Avenue
Comment About the Building
Located on one of the city's most chic stretches, this was the Westbury Hotel until it was converted into condominium apartments in 1999. It occupies the block front along the avenue between 69th and 70th Streets, which explains some of the less than ideal layouts--a long hallway--but they are usually worth the compromise. Shares the block with the Frick garden at Fifth Avenue.
