Conference room and special dining room with it`s own attached kitchen for entertaining if the apartment is just not big enough or if it`s business and one wishes to keep it separate from home. Separate maids quarters and storage and wine cellars - all for purchase. Condo Board - nothing special, and since most buy with cash, it`s just a pro-forma process for the waiver This is at Park & 60th - close to 4,5,6 & N,R subways which none of the owners use. Close to great shopping and restaurants"
