Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room filled with pre-war inspired features including custom-designed trim, wall moldings, and curved arch details.

The primary bedroom wing is kept serene with custom oversized windows and wall moldings. Adjacent to the primary bedroom is the graciously proportioned primary bathroom with natural Novelda Cream limestone slab walls and flooring, and classic Waterworks fixtures in chrome.

The Bianco Dolomite marble-clad shower is entered through a pyramid-glass and powder-coated steel door, while a custom vanity Calacatta Nero carved marble countertops, Duravit sinks and integrated medicine cabinets with gently curving corners create an elegant effect.

Near the secondary bedroom entry, there is an expansive bathroom finished with a Calacatta Nero marble top vanity, Waterworks fixtures in chrome, honed gray limestone mosaic floors and a tub surrounded by white ceramic tile walls.
