"This 33-story apartment tower at 50 Riverside Boulevard is the southernmost building of the Riverside South development that stretches south from 72nd Street to the Riverside Center development between 59th and 61st Streets.
The building was originally known as 40 Riverside Drive. However, Extell changed the name to 50 Riverside Drive following media reports related to the building’s so-called “poor door."" Read Carter's Full Review
