Quiet studio in Tudor Tower, the very heart of Manhattan’s historic Tudor City. This studio has hardwood floors, two closets, a window A/C unit and a kitchenette featuring an electric oven (good news for bakers!), a four burner cook top, a microwave and a mini fridge. The recently re-glazed bathroom has a medicine cabinet and an additional storage cabinet.
Heat, hot water AND electricity (air conditioning) are included in the rent.
Tudor Tower is conveniently located close to all transportation options, with Grand Central Station a 5-minute walk away.

There is also a Citi Bike rental location around the corner on East 43rd Street. Tudor City boasts two public parks just across the street from Tudor Tower as well as a number of local businesses.
This is a full service 24-hour doorman elevator building with a roof deck available to all residents.

There is a laundry room in the basement of the building. Residents are eligible to join the gym at 5 Tudor City Place (just next door) for an additional $59/month.
Applicants must qualify financially per the rules of the co-op with an annual income equal to 40 times the monthly rent and have good credit. Sorry, no pets and no smokers.
