Co-op located in West Village, between Eighth Avenue & Greenwich Street

Comment About the Building

Originally built in 1896, having pre-war details, converted to a co-op in 1979. Laundry room, pets are allowed, elevator access, 7 floors / 126 apartments in the bldg. 69% tax deductibility of maintenance costs per year. There is a transfer fee of $18/share. There is a part-time doorman M-F 4pm to 12am, and Sat/Sun 5pm to 12am. Sublets allowed for up to 3 years. Very reasonable, fair board - but financial qualifications, as in every board, are very important for qualification. Located in the West Village between Hudson St & Greenwich St, the neighborhood has everything a buyer would want in a property - closest trains are the A/C/E at 14th St and 8th Ave, or the 1 train at Christopher St and 7th Ave. Some nearby shops are: D`Agostinos grocery store, fabulous restaurants like Bus Stop, and others - in every variety from Thai to Sushi, to incredible Meat-Packing District designers like Stella McCartney
