This handsome, 7-story red-brick building at 99 Bank Street was erected in 1904 and converted to a condominium in 1964.

It has numerous fire escapes and a central West Village location.

It is close to the Hudson River, and many restaurants and two small parks. It is a few blocks south of 14th Street and the Meat Packing District and it is close to Hudson Street, which has uptown bus service.

It is known as the Left Bank and also as 1-9 Bethune Street, 771-779 Greenwich Street and 585-591 Hudson Street. Bank Street at this location has cobblestones.

It has 126 apartments.
