An 1,100+ SF 2 BR/2 BA, Unit 24C features every detail you would expect from a preeminent waterfront building: White-Oak floors, high-end (Miele, Bosch, etc.) appliances, a Walnut-Vanity with dual sinks set apart from a large soaking tub, and a White-Quartz island leading into a chef's kitchen.

The usable layout has ample closet space, separated bedrooms, and would work well for a family or a couple. The Edge itself is part of it's own waterfront micro-community and has the best amenity package in Brooklyn (you could say "debatable," but...). It includes a full-time doorman/concierge and support staff; an all-season swimming pool, spa, and sauna; a full-size basketball court with multiple gyms and yoga studios; underground parking and all types of storage; screening and gaming rooms; numerous lounges and children's playrooms, etc.

There's just too much to list. For investors, unit 24C also makes sense as a long-term hold and/or flip. It was previously rented for ~$6k, has taxes under $10/month due to an abatement lasting through 2036, has relatively inexpensive common charges considering the amount of amenities, and, unlike other waterfront buildings/lines, these views aren't going to change....
