"There is no doorman and that can be a pain if you're carrying
groceries or anything heavy and have kids. The front desk will not
open doors for you or help in any way if you have something heavy.
It's a very loud building as you can hear other tenants through the
vents and it gets really loud. You can also hear them through the
walls. There is an issue with bad smells. And although it's a green
building it wasn't always a non-smoking building and for those that
have lived there for a while can still smoke in their apt, so if your
neighbor smokes your screwed as the smell will be in your apartment
too. There is nothing they can do to get rid of it. The rent is not worth
the amenities as you have to pay additional for everything like the gym
that is offered for free at other buildings."
