Comment About the Building

Left this building due to constant maintenance issues and excuses by poor management. Friends that live there say they’re currently without hot water and it’s going on the 4th day. Notice sent weeks ago about this said the repair would be prompt and not extend into regular living hours (before 8am-after 5pm). The Superintendent is the son of the last Super and has a baby of his own, don’t know why anyone with young babies or kids are tolerating this treatment. Everyone pays a lot in maintenance yet its consistently gotten worse over the years. Repairs done on mid levels floors after the major fire a few months ago has been extremely slow as well. If issues listed are addressed I’d recommend living here but as is must say avoid and look elsewhere.
