The coop has a decent board. They are in the middle in terms of how liberal they are. For example, you can only move in between 9-5 and they are strict on this. You can not carry any large boxes through the main entrance. You must use the service elev. only. They do allow pets of all sizes. They are managed by Douglass Elliman and easily accessible. Alterations are generally permitted, but it takes about a month for approval.
This bldg. is one 1 block from the 1,2,3 line subway line. This is probably one of the best coops in the city when it comes to convenience. Zabars,Citarella, Fairway, Bed Bath, Filenes, H and H Bagels, Cafe Lalo and Cafe Edgars, Loews Theatres, Lincoln Center The Beacon Theatre, The Museum of Natural History, Central Park, Stand Up Comedy, Circuit City, Staples, Amsterdam Billards, Barnes Noble.
