Comment About the Building

Elevator, laundry on every floor, live in Super, very nice lobby but unattended, no outdoor space, recent storage spaces alloted to shareholders in the basement. Very reasonable. Parents buying for children ok. Sublets are ok and on a case by case basis. Very centrally located: one block from Court and two Blocks from Montague.

More Comments About the Building

"No doorman. Number of rules on open houses. Maintenance runs a little high. Board is ok with well prepared applications."
