Comment About the Building

These are three-bedroom apartments, two per floor. Because the entrance is on Madison and near the bus stop, unfortunately, it is easy to overlook how handsome this building is. When Andrew Carnegie began construction of his mansion he initiated a wave of building in this area, which would become Carnegie Hill. 1261 was marketed to the moneyed crowd. I'll have to do something about that bus.
