Co-op located in Upper West Side, between West 93rd Street & West 94th Street

Comment About the Building

The building has a playroom, laundry room, storage rooms and a new exercise room. It`s very nice that the garbage is collected from every apartment. The super is great because he will do odd jobs. The board is pretty reasonable.Someone purchasing with a garuntor such as a parent would be acceptable. This is a family building with alot of great service people. The neighborhood is mixed with a strip of stores on Columbus. There are Cleaners/tailors,Manis market, Food City,Duane Reede, resturaunts and more on Broadway. The Park is the best front lawn so it`s good for sports and dog lovers.

More Comments About the Building

"The detractors of the Turin's beautiful aesthetic as it stands today are the missing original bracketed cornice and the inconsistent fenestration. If both were fixed, the Turin would overshadow every (younger) Italian palazzo palace on Fifth."
