Greenwich Club: About the Apartments |
"Not cookie-cutter, several different studio, 1 and 2-bedroom layouts. Very tasteful. My second favorite new development in the city, installing Viking, Sub zero, and stone counters. Mid and high floors are priced well for the light and views they have. Apartment features include: in-wall ipod ports wired to the kitchen and bathroom ceiling speakers, individual climate controls in each room, oversized windows, soaring ceiling heights, and stainless steel appliances."
"Nice diverse studio layouts."
"Varied layouts and 3 different tones of finishes: light, medium and dark. Views vary, some are open and others look into buildings."
"Best building currently on the market below Chambers because of light, views and amenities."
"Over 450 apartments. The building has a few set backs, so there are probably 100 different layouts. Everything was done top of the line, there is an ipod dock in every apartment, a trash can and step stool built into the kitchen. Three different types of finishes you can get, with three different types of wood and kitchen/bath marble. There are studios, studios with dens/home offices, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms. There are no three beds, however there are some units that can be combined. Some units have balconies where the set backs in the building are."

"Close to N, R, 1, 4, 5, 2, 3, J, M, Z subways. Greenwich Street will run through the World Trade Center site, so Greenwich should become a great place for more retail."
