More Comments About the Building

"Will have roof deck. Laundry, refrigerated storage for Fresh Direct shipments, small fitness center, full time doorman. New development. No board formed yet. Within 5 blocks of most major subway lines. Tiffany and Hermes are coming to the neighborhood, but many shops and restaurants close by 9pm. Lots of construction due to the World Trade Center, but in the next 5 - 10 years, the neighborhood will see a lot of great changes and prices should rise with the influx of new employees moving to the WTC. Financial District has that great "Wall Street" corporate buzz. Also near Battery Park City and the Seaport."
"Full service concierge, health club, laundry."
"Good location and great value"
