Postwar light color brick bldg. No special architectural features. Small lobby. 24 hr. doorman, keyed (for owners only)excercise room and roof deck. Although this is a Co-op, this is a relatively easy board. They meet as necessary. There is an interview required. The whole process can be as short as 4 - 5 weeks. Great West Village location and ambience. Building is surrounded by charming old bldgs. that contain apts., restaurants and quaint shops. 1/9 subway is 1.5 blocks away. Many buses are close.
