24 doorman, parking for sale (about 60K), pets not allowed in this particular building but ok in other Lincoln Towers buildings (150 & 170 West End). Storage for sale but there is a wait list. Fairly reasonable board. Closest subway stop is the 1 train at 66th and Broadway or 2, 3 express at 72nd. Buses are M66 and M57.

"Board is specific. THe process can take a long time. The management company reviews package, then sends it out to be reproduced. This process can take 4 wks before the board even sees the package. 1 train is at 66th St and bdwy, right by lincoln center. Tons of food, shoping. Riveside and Central park. Very family."
