The building is huge; there are over 500 apartments. It`s a fully staffed building with 24 hour doorman, resident super, porters, etc. There is also an on-site management office. There`s a large laundry facility, a work out room (for a small fee) and a common storage room. The coop board is conservative and requires a lot of disclosure and substantial liquid assets after the down payment. The down payment required is 30% of the asking price. Pets are permitted but washers and dryers in the apartments are not permitted. This is the most northerly building of the complex, located at 70th Street & West End Avenue. It is 1 block from the new riverside promenade just below the Trump buidings. The cross town bus stops right in front of the building and the subway is at 72nd Street & Broadway.
