Wonderful building, great staff. Romantic circular drive. Building exterior is gorgeous landmarked Art Deco, and when the building was converted to a residential the architect carried the Art Deco design and details inside Condo board. Requires full package, but only has right of first refual. Takes a long time to review though. Incredible neighborhood. 1.5 blocks to Lincoln Center, Central Park, Time Warner Center, Columbus Circle.
