Sutton 57, 212 East 57th Street

Condo located in Midtown East, between Second Avenue & Third Avenue

Comment About the Building

The building has a health club, roof deck and their is an additional laundry room for "big loads". Nice brick exterior makes this building a rarity for modern, new construction. Located on 57th Street, so there is a cross-town bus. 3 to 4 blocks walking distance to the E & V trains. Located a couple of blocks from "Le Cirque" and some great restaurants like Felidia. Easy (short) walk to all of the Second Avenue restaurants located from 57th Street through the mid 40`s.

More Comments About the Building

"Enjoy all the luxuries of a new development condominium with the privacy and quality of a boutique building. The facade is elegantly and substantially built entirely out of masonry and stone. Amenities include a full-time concierge, super, landscaped roof deck with 360 degree city views, and a fitness center. The 2005 development is located in Midtown right off of Third Avenue on 57th St. No need to cross the street, this building is down the block from the new Whole Foods Market. Just steps away from Bloomingdales, and shopping along Fifth Avenue, and a mere 5 minutes to Central Park & major subway lines."
"Boutique Condo Built in 2005. Fantastic staff include live in/ long term Super. There is no parking and the building has a 24 hour "Concierge." New gym equipment (May 2018) Very pet friendly. Small roof deck. Lobby is very nice with comfortable seating. Sutton 57 is on a busy street 57th/3rd Ave, but it's surprisingly quiet! Whole Foods and Duane Reade are practically next door and parking is conveniently nearby. Very convenient to subways, especially the new Q train, Bloomingdales, M31 and M57 Busses."
