The building has a health club, roof deck and their is an additional laundry room for "big loads". Nice brick exterior makes this building a rarity for modern, new construction. Located on 57th Street, so there is a cross-town bus. 3 to 4 blocks walking distance to the E & V trains. Located a couple of blocks from "Le Cirque" and some great restaurants like Felidia. Easy (short) walk to all of the Second Avenue restaurants located from 57th Street through the mid 40`s.
