"Rude staff esp the community manager and manager, they constantly
gaslight you over the basic amenity issues such as hot water, very noisey
AC unit, cheap renovations and incompetent staff. It’s a cheap shell of a
building and the staff is the worst. LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE it’s an awful
place and should be the opposite of luxury!"

One of the worst building I have ever lived in. Moved here recently and it's been the biggest nightmare of my life. The water shutdown for 3 days straight. There is drilling going on in the building 24/7 making it impossible to sleep. Laundry room and trash rooms are basically the same room. Paying 3400 for one bed and feels like the biggest rip off. The building was not ready to give referral incentive since it was not in writing that a friend referred me so no incentives were given at all. Would not recommend this building even to my worst enemies.
