Harrison, J. Andre Fouilhoux, and Hugh Ferriss, one of America?s foremost architects of the Twentieth Century. Originally erected as a rental residence , 17 West 54th Street converted to cooperative ownership in 1954. The Rockefeller Apartments enjoys spectacular views of the sculpture garden at the Museum of Modern Art and is considered to be among the most prestigious full service pre-war buildings in the city.
