"Wonderful finishes, best views in Midtown. Apartments start on the 48th floor. Dramatic park views are on higher floors, must be in the low-to-mid 50's to clear the Symphony House, but Park views are nice even on 48. Wonderful river views, too. Very high ceilings in all apartments, at least 10-foot. Best line is considered the A-line for the park and the C-line for river, though all lines are great.
