Two towers, each with its own service entrance and security attendant. Valet dry cleaners within the building. The main entrance has a circle driveway which allows cars to bring you right to the door. At least a doorman on the door and one at the concierge desk at all times. Package room and mail room. Health club which you must pay for separately, and you must be a member to get pool and rooftop access. Huge lobby with waiting area which is decorated festively during the holidays. Lease term is negotiable. Murray Hill has a young professional vibe. Third Ave has at least 2 sports/causal bars and 3 restaurants every 2 blocks. Short walk to the 6 train on 33rd and Park. About a 10 minute walk to Grand Central, The Mall of Manhattan, and Herald Square. NYSC 3 blocks away on 2nd Ave, Crunch Fitness also 3 Blocks away, Equinox in between Windsor Court and the 6 Train.
