"Mr. Gwathmey taught my father architecture at UCLA for a semister right after Gwathmey became distinguished at Yale with Mr. Robert A. M. Stern! Landlease is problematic for some buyers, as Related couldn`t sell all the units and has retained about 4 as high end rentals. Think 30k per month for a 3 bedroom with a severely exciting view."
