"great building. Indoor top floor pool and health club, children`s play area, 4 elevators, excellent staff, family building. 50-mile view from top floor lounge.
Condo board, can`t refuse a contract. But they are slow to act. They take the full 30 days, or longer, to issue the waiver of right of first refusal.
Great neighborhood, midtown but residential. Nearest subway is Grand Central terminal, about 6 blocks away, but many residents never use the subway. This is the neighborhood of the United Nations, but also only a few blocks away from some of the major corporations in the country -- e.g. Pfizer, Altria, others -- which makes this a great building in which to own a rental property, also. Blocks from Grand Central."
