"Doorman building located on the Upper Eastside. Great lobby and customer service from doormen. Located on 80th and 1st Avenue. I spend most of my time in this building as I'm in a serious relationship with a resident of building."

"I've lived here for six years. Great building, great staff. But the lower 15 floors have had a mice problem for the last three years. It has gotten worse and the building has done nothing to control it. I'm so disappointed."
