Park Slope Court, 330 Bergen Street: Review and Ratings

between Third Avenue & Fourth Avenue View Full Building Profile

Carter Horsley
Review of 330 Bergen Street by Carter Horsley

This very pleasant, low-rise, red-brick, residential development at 328 Bergen Street in the Park Slope section of Brooklyn was erected in 2003.

It was designed by Bricolage Design of which Henry Radusky is a principal for Isaac Katan.

It has 29 condominium apartments and it is immediately adjacent to 328 Bergen Street, which has a very similar design and has 10 apartments.

This development should not be confused with another “Park Avenue Court” at 110 Fourth Street.

Bottom Line

A handsome, red-brick low-rise development with nice façade detailing and three-bedroom apartments.
