Carter Horsley's Review of 9 East 96th Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This handsome, 16-story building was erected in 1926 and is a cooperative with 45 apartments.

While 96th Street is one of the Upper East Side's major cross-town streets, traffic on this block is somewhat mitigated by the fact that west-bound traffic across Central Park flows on 97th Street and only east-bound traffic comes through the park at 96th Street." Read Carter's Full Review
