Review of 1361 Madison Avenue by Carter Horsley

It was built in 1902 and has 52 co-operative apartments.

It is across 95th Street from the west façade of the Squadron A Armory on Madison Avenue, the last remaining façade of the armory that fronts on a large mid-block playground behind the castle-like Hunter College Campus Schools designed by Morris Ketchum Jr. in 1969.
