This attractive gray-brick building, which is known as The Sherry House, is on the northwest corner of Lexinigton Avenue and 87th Street.

It is across the avenue from one of the city's best food markets and just up the avenue from a Staples, Barnes & Noble and Best Buy and an express station on the Lexington Avenue subway. There is also excellent cross-town bus service on 86th Street and this neighborhood is very popular because of its many private schools and cultural institutions.

The 16-story building has a doorman and allows pets. It has some corner windows and some terraces. It has 123 rental apartments.
