Chloë Sevigny leaves the EV, Facebook money targets TriBeCa and 
Chris Meloni’s condo comes with a new Porsche.
Peter Buffett (composer, producer and Warren Buffett’s kid) recently sold his three-bedroom apartment at One Madison Park at 23 East 22nd Street for $4.25 million in a cash deal. There was apparently a bidding war for the Flatiron District apartment with Empire State Building views, which Buffett and his wife purchased in 2009 for $3.56 million (NYPost).
Actress and soon-to-be-former East Village fixture Chloë Sevigny has listed her cute garden co-op at 119 East 10th Streetfor $1.7 million. The one-bedroom apartment features wide plank pine floors, huge closets and an enchantingly landscaped garden (CurbedNY).
If the floor-to-ceiling windows and Central Park views at the 230 West 56th Street condo that actor Chris Meloni is selling for $12 million aren’t enough to entice you, the Law and Order: SVU star is throwing in a 2012 Porsche Panamera Hybrid to sweeten the deal. The car is worth $96,150 by itself (NYObserver).
Which newly-minted Facebook squillionaire is coveting a $50 million TriBeCa townhouse? Guesses abound, but one certainty is that the 30,000 square foot “loft mansion” that the unnamed, West Coast-based Facebook insider has his/her eye on is in good company near top neighborhood condos like Mohawk Atelier at 161 Duane and Diamond on Duane at 137 Duane (NYObserver).
