This attractive, 10-story building at 20 West 84th Street near Central Park West was erected in 1924 and has 37 condominium apartments.  It was converted to a condominium in 1986. 

It is convenient to cross-town buses, many restaurants and the American Museum of Natural History. 

It is just to the east of the attractive and modern Rodeph Sholom School.

Bottom Line

A handsome, red-brick building in a very good Upper West Side location.

Description

The building has a canopied, one-step-up entrance and sidewalk landscaping. 

It has four, 2-story-high pilasters with light-colored tops and bottoms and two stringcourses above the second floor and one above the 7th floor.

It permits window air-conditioners.

The building has a part-time doorman and a live-in superintendent.

Apartment 9C is a three-bedroom unit with a small entry foyer that leads past an 11-foot-long dining room to a 20-foot-long living room and a 13-foot-wide, windowed kitchen.  The apartment also has an 11-foot-wide maid's room. 

Apartment 2C is a three-bedroom unit with a10-foot-wide entry foyer that leads to an 11-foot-wide dining room and a 20-foot-long living room, an 11-foot-wide, windowed office and a 14-foot-wide, windowed kitchen. 

Apartment 3B is a one-bedroom unit with a 10-foot-long entry foyer next to a 14-foot-wide kitchen that leads to an 18-foot-long living room and a 15-foot-wide dining room.
