Review of 6 West 107th Street by Carter Horsley

This very handsome 7-story rental apartment building at 6 West 107th Street was erected in 1928 and is steps away from Central Park. It is known as Stonehenge 107.

It has 21 three-bedroom apartments and a large and attractive lobby. The narrow building has a large cornice and rounded corners with fire escapes in the middle of its light-colored façade above a two-story base.

The elevator building is pet friendly and has an interactive online tenant network.

It is not far from subway stations on Central Park West at 103rd and 110th Streets and there is good service in the neighborhood, which is convenient to Columbia University and Morningside Heights.

The building is owned by Stonehenge Partners Inc., which is headed by Ofer Yardeni and Joel Seiden. Its other Manhattan properties include 20 and 41 Park Avenue, the Olivia at 315 West 33rd Street, Stonehenge Gardens at 108 West 15th Street, and the Ritz Plaza at 235 West 48th Street.
