The Europa, 22 West 66th Street: Review and Ratings

between Central Park West & Columbus Avenue View Full Building Profile

Carter Horsley
Review of 22 West 66th Street by Carter Horsley

This handsome, gray-brick, 25-story apartment building was erected in 1995. It is a condominium and has only 25 apartments.

The mid-block building has an entrance marquee and a concierge, lush sidewalk landscaping, a roof deck, some terraces and discrete air-conditioners. It has no balconies and no health club.

This is a prime Upper West Side location that is very convenient to the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, one block to the west, and Central Park, half a block to the east. There are many restaurants nearby and excellent local shopping.

There is excellent public transportation and this lively area is architecturally interesting.
