This 12-story residential condominium at 84 Front Street in the Dumbo section of Brooklyn was designed by Marvin Meltzer of Meltzer Mandl Architects for Boymelgreen Developers and completed in 2006.

Its asymmetrical façade design employs metal blue, green and metallic silver panels and yellow brick.

The building has many corner windows, and it top floor fenestration is deeply inset, or "punched." The building has a major setback at the eighth floor and its tower has a center section that is curved.

The building, which is known as The Nexus, has doorman. a health club, a garden and a garage and a waterfall cascades though its lobby.

It has 56 apartments that range in size from about 600 to about 2,000 square feet.
